Greg Newman is the Broker-In-Charge for the CENTURY 21 Bob Capes office in Camden, SC and is a native of Kershaw County.  He has been honored on 2 occasions by his fellow Kershaw County Realtors by being chosen as "REALTOR® of the Year" for the years 1998 and 2000.  Greg is a graduate of Kerhsaw County Leadership and South Carolina REALTORS® Leadership, he earned the 2007 State Leadership Certification from the SC REALTORS®.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and the Kershaw County Committee of 100, Greg also currently serves as the Chairman of RPAC Trustees for the South Carolina REALTORS® and serves on the Kershaw County Zoning Board of Appeals.

Greg is a member of the Lugoff Optimist Club, the Camden Rotary Club and the Lake Wateree Association as well as the Kershaw County Chapter of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Columbia. Greg lives in Lugoff with his wife Karen.
