About John

John Artemus is a native of Columbia, SC.  He matriculated through the Richland District One and Richland/Lexington District 5 school systems, graduating from Irmo High School in 1995.  He then attended Georgia Southern University, majoring in business.  Shortly thereafter he married Diane Benitez, who he has been married to for 9 years.  They have 2 daughters, Madison and Marissa (6 and 9).  John has been a Realtor for 11 years, first being hired in 1997 by Coldwell Banker, Tom Jenkins Realty.  John has been a fixture in the Real Estate community for 11 years and has sold millions of dollars of Real Estate and has helped countless families accomplish their Real Estate dream.
