About Scott

Scott Davis, Manager of the Irmo office, has been in real estate since 1984 and an office Branch Manager since 1989.

He is a member of the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS®, where he has served as a Director and is currently serving his second term. His involvement with GCAR includes participating and chairing many committees including the Membership and By-Law Committees, Professional Standards, Circle of Excellence, Legislative, Contract, Candidate Screening and others.  Scott is a past instructor for new REALTOR® Orientation where he taught The Code of Ethics. Scott received the 'Presidents Excellence Program' Award (PEP) in 2003 and the 'REALTOR® of the Year' Award in 2006.

Scott is also active with the South Carolina REALTORs® Association where he has served as a Director and has served on the Professional Standards Committee.

Scott is a long time member of the Home Builders Association, the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100, and the Irmo Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the St. Andrews- Irmo Sertoma Club where he is a past Gold Honor President and District and Regional Sertoman of the Year.
